UK First: Dividend Trackers on FTSE and DJ Eurostoxx50
SG is pleased to announce the first LSE tradeable certificates providing exposure to the FTSE 100 and DJ EuroStoxx 50 index dividends
The four issues are designed to provide investors with a straightforward long exposure to the dividends of the companies comprising the FTSE100 or the DJ Euro Stoxx 50 at selected maturities (2010 or 2013 for FTSE 100 and 2010 or 2015 for Euro Stoxx 50).
Dividends are an efficient way to invest in a potential economic recovery as they are correlated to a company’s earnings rather than to a share’s market price which can fluctuate. Current consensus is that today’s dividend levels may be undervalued, thus presenting an immediate investment opportunity

Corporate actions notice: As a result of corporate actions such as rights issues, share splits, share buy backs and take over and mergers, the parity and strike levels of Covered Warrants may be adjusted to reflect such activity. The reason for this is to ensure that Covered Warrant investors are not disadvantaged or gain undue benefit by equity adjustments. When such a change takes place, if you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us. Further information regarding the calculation of the changes can be supplied upon request.

Price notice: Societe Generale would like to inform users that in conjunction with the LSE we are testing to see if it would better suit our clients if the price of Covered Warrants are displayed in GBP rather than GBp as currently shown. At present only the SF84 and the SQ74 are quoted in GBP and this is causing both the charts displayed for these products and the simulator to display incorrect values.
Put warrant notice: The FSA prohibition on short selling UK financials ended on the 16/01/2009. Consequently, Put Covered Warrants can be traded as usual, however FSA has retained the disclosure requirements which you should be aware of.
Thank you for your understanding. SG Listed Team
